Two Seas, One Myth is a bridge between cultures, a musical ritual celebrating collective memory and the sacredness of sound. Each piece unfolds as a step in a mythological journey, evoking deities, spirits, and rituals that connect the traditions of the Eastern Mediterranean and the Balkans.A concert that invites the audience to immerse themselves in myths, dances, voices, and ancient sounds, in a dialogue between two worlds that are distant yet profoundly connected.

The concert weaves together strings (violins, gadulka, double bass), percussion, accordion, and winds (saxophone, gajda, kaval), accompanied by two voices that blend Bulgarian polyphony with Mediterranean melodies, creating a musical experience that is both ancestral and contemporary.

The ensemble recorded it’s special project BULGARIAN ROUTES for the Italian National Radio. Listen the whole concert on RAI RADIO TRE, La Stanza della Musica.
